Children’s Ball

The Children’s Ball is the Medical Research Institute Council’s (MRIC) signature event. The MRIC’s year long fundraising campaign is celebrated at this black tie event with a night of elegance featuring lavish hors d’oeuvres, dinner and dancing. Town and Country magazine named the Children’s Ball “The Second City’s First Party.”

Table prices start at $8,000 and individual ticket prices start at $800.

2009 Children’s Ball

The 51st Annual Children’s Ball will be held Saturday, December 12, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel Chicago. This year’s co-chairs are Donna G. Drescher and Debra K. Marcus. The theme for the Ball is Magical Moments: Hope, Dream, Believe.

2008 Children’s Ball

The 50th Annual Children’s Ball was held Saturday, December 13, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel Chicago. The co-chairs were Meredith Bluhm-Wolf and Emily Emmerman, and the theme was Seasons: A Year of Discovery.
